The Challenge

Brixx Pizza is a full-service restaurant chain headquartered in Charlotte, NC. They have franchised and company-owned/operated locations across the Southeast. They came to us needing an update to their brand and website presence.

The Solution

To start, we began the process with a comprehensive research plan to uncover perceptions, strengths and weaknesses of the brand from current, former and potential customers.  

Next, we used the findings from user experience testing to inform a new, thoughtful design.

Then, the brand positioning insights gained through the qualitative and quantitative research with consumers helped establish brand marketing decisions and creative direction.

The Result

The findings and insights informed a new marketing strategy and uncovered a need to change certain aspects of their operations.

Now, with significant changes made to the establishment and its brand, the ease and clarity of both the in-person and the digital presence has improved overall engagement.
